Dear Chairmen,
Please excuse yourself from your CCA and report at 4.30 on Friday for the PTM. If you cannot make it or are going to be late for a valid reason, please notify any of the EXCOs Friday morning. Attire will be Full School Uniform with Tie. Your PTM duties will be given out tomorrow.
Regarding the Camp, for those who are joining the camp late or are leaving the camp early, please let Johnervan know by Friday morning. The suggested packing list is in the previous post. Once again, it is only a SUGGESTED packing list. Do bring neccessary items if it's not found in the item list. You are allowed to bring home clothes for sleeping at night.
If you have any queries, you can either contact any of the EXCOs or tag in the tagboard found on the left side of the blog.
To the Secondary 1 Chairmen:First & Foremost, Welcome to the Class Management Committee! We look forward to working with you guys. Feel free to approach any of us if you have any queries. All of you should have our handphone numbers.
For those who are going back after the CCA exhibition, please read the following details:
Reporting Time: 9.00PM
Reporting Venue: Special Room 4B
Reporting Attire: PE Attire
Please be punctual.
For those who are staying in school until 9pm, please make your way to the Special Room 4B after your CCA Exhbition.
Please note that you only need to bring 1 Set of PE attire if you are already reporting in PE attire on Friday.
