Dear Chairmen,
We have previously briefed everyone that every class chairman has to purchase a gift for their form teachers and co-form teachers, and present the present that they have purchased to them during the ceremony.
However, there is a change in plan. The councillors are going to prepare a standard present for all teachers, be it form teachers or subject teachers. It is to standardise the gifts given out to the teachers during the ceremony to ensure that all teacher will receive the same present. Class chairmen will be presenting the teachers with the standard gift and not with the class gift.
Therefore,
it is not compulsory for class chairmen to purchase the gifts anymore. If you wish to present any gifts to your teachers, it is encouraged that you do so before the celebration ceremony.
Thank you.

Dear Secondary One Chairmen,
Please be reminded that your special programme on Monday starts at 7.30 am in the Auditorium. You are to remind your class to bring their
handbook and pen down for assembly. No one is to return to their classes to get their belongings after assembly.
Gentle reminder to all Secondary Three Chairmen,
There will be a hair/attire check on this Monday. Please remember to cut your hair before the actual check. We do not wish to see anyone of our member fail the check so as to uphold the name of CMC.
Thanks!
