Dear Chairmen,
Here are the details for the meeting with the T-shirt Supplier, Mr Kang:
Date: 3 June 2008, Tuesday
Time: 2 pm
Venue: Outside General Office
If you cannot make it, please let the EXCOs know by Saturday.
Please prepare a deposit of about $200 on Tuesday. For those who have not submitted your Order Forms, do remember to bring it on that day as well. You are strongly encouraged to ask your Form Teacher along as you will have to handle quite a sum of money on that day.
If there are any queries, feel free to ask any of the EXCOs.

Dear Chairmen,
There is an update regarding the Class T-Shirt Design Competition,
The Order Slips are to be handed to Chiu Yang (Sec 1s) and Bryan Ang (Sec 2s) by Friday (23/5/08). The design need not be in hardcopy. However, a softcopy is to be sent to
classtshirtdesigncmc@gmail.com by Friday as well. We will compile all of the designs and send it to Mr Kang, the supplier.
Also, please be prepared to have to be in school during the holidays to meet up with Mr Kang to discuss the price of the t-shirts. Please get ready a deposit of about $200 and get your form teacher to assist you in handling the money. If your class is not cooperative, seek help from you form teacher. The Excos will be overseas from Thursday to Sunday for our Sec 3 Camp, so please be responsible for your own class t-shirt designs.

Dear Chairmen, here is the Student Leader's Pledge for those that do not know it:
We, the student leaders of Catholic High school,
Pledge to serve our school with pride and loyalty.
We acknowledge that leadership is not a path to privilege,
But a responsibility.
It is not an assertion of control over others.
We must have the sincere desire to serve.
We promise to establish a sense of trust and win the confidence of our fellow students and teachers,
And inculcate a fond affinity amongst the hearts of all in Catholic High School.
We will deliver what we promise without compromise.Please remember to memorise it before Monday (12/5/08) so as not to embarass our board during the final rehearsal on Tuesday (13/5/08).
Also, please be reminded to bring your really overdue investiture consent forms and submit them to Leong Jun Hoe of class 3-9 before this Friday (9/5/08) as we would need to know your parent's reply to order the refreshments.
Lastly, please submit your Class T-Shirt Design Order Forms to Jun Hoe before this Monday (12/5/08) so that we can collate all the orders. As far as possible, push your class to buy a t-shirt each so that no class will feel left out during this year's home-coming event.

Hi Chairmen,
You have received the consent form and invitation for your parents to acknowledge. Please get the required signatures, and submit the completed forms to us on Monday (05/05)These are the investiture rehearsals date to look out for, please keep yourself free on these days.
5th May 6th May 7th May 13th MayPlease take not that the rehearsals will last from 3-7 pm.
The venue will be in the hall.
These are the tentative information, it is subject to change. Please be informed that there will be morning meeting on Monday, we will be taking a full CMC portrait.
