Dear Chairmen,
Please be notified that everyone has to report to school at
7am on Wednesday. We will be having a briefing with regards to the Afternoon Assembly in the morning from
7am- 7.30am. Thus, we would like to have all the class chaimen from
secondary 1 to 3 to report at special room 3A puntually. Nobody is to be late on Wednesday. As much as we do not want to, we would carry out coporal punishment on chairman who are absent without any valid reason or turn up late for the meeting. This is our first major project of 2008, and we would like to have the participation of every single CMC member.
This is a trial run of how we are going to spread information effectively in future. Please spread the text message sent to you by the secondary 3 members or any EXCOs to the other CMC members, especially your immediate partner. Once you have viewed this post, please acknowledge this post by leaving a tag on your tagboard in the form of Name_class as your tag name. This message must be spreaded to all secondary one to three CMC members.

DEAR CMC MEMBERS,
The upcoming Wednesday will be the announcement and presentation of results of the 'Inter-Class T-shirt Design Competition' during the afternoon assembly.
We will be having a technical run and rehearsal on Tuesday Afternoon.
Here are the tentative details for Tuesday (15/04/08):
Time: 4pm-6pm*
Venue: Secondary School Hall/ Primary School Hall
To ensure the smooth flowing of the Finals on wednesday, everyone's participation in this project is extremely important.
Attendance is compulsory for all
Secondary One, Two chairmen, and the short-listed classes' chairmen. (The third language people may be excused, other valid reasons or proofs must be given for being absent)
This is
OUR project, this is something that we should be
PROUD of, because we belong to
CMC. We will expect nothing but
PERFECTION on Wednesday, let's show the school what we are capable of. We hope everyone is already excited about it by now.

Dear Chairmen,
As you would see on this monday if you have not already seen, all the T-shirt designs have been posted on the notice board outside the General Office. If everything goes well, it will be moved to a more prominent spot outside Staff Room One. Do remember to get everyone from your class to take a look at the designs when they are free!
