Dear Chairmen,
Please be notified that everyone has to report to school at
7am on Wednesday. We will be having a briefing with regards to the Afternoon Assembly in the morning from
7am- 7.30am. Thus, we would like to have all the class chaimen from
secondary 1 to 3 to report at special room 3A puntually. Nobody is to be late on Wednesday. As much as we do not want to, we would carry out coporal punishment on chairman who are absent without any valid reason or turn up late for the meeting. This is our first major project of 2008, and we would like to have the participation of every single CMC member.
This is a trial run of how we are going to spread information effectively in future. Please spread the text message sent to you by the secondary 3 members or any EXCOs to the other CMC members, especially your immediate partner. Once you have viewed this post, please acknowledge this post by leaving a tag on your tagboard in the form of Name_class as your tag name. This message must be spreaded to all secondary one to three CMC members.
